About the NPT thread or BSPT thread

Please choose the thread that is suitable for your country. Otherwise, the timer can’t connect the faucet and hose.

The NPT thread is suitable for the USA/ Canada/ Mexico only.

The BSPT thread is suitable for all other countries except the USA/ Canada/ Mexico.

 

About Water Pressure

All timers on the market will reduce a little water pressure and need at least 00.5 bar7.25psi to launch since the solenoid valve is designed inside. Normal municipal tap water can meet the requirements; please ensure it has at least three floors of height if you use a water tank.

FAQ

 

Q1: The LCD screen doesn’t display anything when the batteries are installed.

A1: Two batteries loaded are new 1.5V AA alkaline batteries; make sure the batteries are correctly placed in the battery box.

 

Q2: Water doesn’t come on at preset time.

A2: ① clock should be set to the correct time.

      ② start time is set to the desired time.  

      ③ rain delay is on.

      ④ off mode is on.

      ⑤ the batteries are low.

      ⑥ The faucet is turned off.

 

Q3: The hose tap connection/outlet leaks.

A3: ① The O-ring is connected correctly to the hose tap.

      ② The connection outlet or water pipe is broken.

      ③ The faucet and water pipe have a different thread. If necessary, please use an appropriate adapter or PTFE tape.
