Warm Tips:
-
Please note that this ceiling fan light has a built-in protection mechanism that prevents it from starting if installed on a hanging wire. Make sure to confirm the installation location before purchasing.
-
We will use foam boxes instead of cardboard boxes for packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
-
To ensure smooth delivery, please limit each order to 2 fan lights for the following reasons:
-
Shipping‚Issues: Big package(weight over 2 kg, or length + width + height greater than or equal to 90cm) may take over a month to arrive, causing delays and potential disputes.
-
Customs Duties: Big packages are more likely to be inspected and incur duties, leading to unexpected costs and delays. For example, orders exceeding 50 USD in Mexico are subject to an estimated 19% import tax.
Smaller orders help avoid these issues, ensuring a quicker and smoother delivery. I appreciate your understanding!

Why can’t the fan light be installed on hanging wires?
Three-phase motors must overcome various resistances during startup, including static friction, inertia, and external resistance. Installing the fan light on hanging wires introduces additional vibration and instability, which can disrupt the motor’s normal startup and operation.
-
Difficulty in Startup: Three-phase motors initiate rotation by inducing current in the rotor through the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator. When the engine is installed on hanging wires, the increased inertia and static friction during startup can make it challenging for the motor to begin operating smoothly.
-
Dynamic Balance Issues: Motors require stable mechanical and electrical conditions to operate effectively and avoid vibration and instability. The instability caused by hanging wires can lead to increased vibrations and noise during operation, negatively impacting the fan light’s performance and the longevity and safety of both the motor and its installation structure.
Therefore, to ensure the safe and effective operation of the fanlight, it is recommended that it be installed on a stable support structure, avoiding the adverse effects of hanging wires.
The fanlight is also equipped with a self-protection program for safety reasons. If the motor experiences excessive shaking, it will automatically prevent regular operation to safeguard against damage.
